Waffled chocolate chip cookies with cinnamon-vanilla almond milk

Step 1
In large pitcher, stir cinnamon sticks, almond milk and vanilla extract vigorously for 1 minute; refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Remove and discard cinnamon sticks. Makes about 4 cups.
Step 2
Preheat waffle iron to medium heat; spray with cooking spray. Place 1 portion of cookie dough into each quarter of waffle iron and close; cook 2 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Turn off and open waffle iron; let stand 2 minutes before removing. Makes 4 cookies.
Step 3
Serve waffle cookies warm with cinnamon-vanilla almond milk.
