Sriracha Hummus Turkey Burgers with Havarti

Step 1
Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In large bowl, gently mix turkey, green onions, garlic and ginger; form into 4 (½-inch-thick) patties. Make shallow indentation in center of each patty.
Step 2
Place patties on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°, turning once. About 2 minutes before burgers are done, top burgers with cheese.
Step 3
Spread bottom halves of rolls with hummus; top with burgers, tomato, lettuce and top halves of rolls. (Chef's Tip: To make your own sriracha hummus, stir ½ cup classic hummus and 1½ teaspoons sriracha chili sauce).
