Sautéed Shrimp with Lemon Garlic Butter

Let's make it

Step 1
Brush grill with oil, then preheat on high until very hot. Skewer shrimp if they are small so they won’t fall through grills.
Step 2
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium high heat.
Step 3
Add garlic and salt. Stir until garlic is golden brown, then immediately remove from stove. Stir in lemon juice.
Step 4
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Just prior to cooking, place in bowl, sprinkle over remaining ingredients. Toss gently to coat.
Step 5
Drizzle with lemon garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately with fresh lemon.
