Mixed Berry Puff Pastry

Let's make it

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Unfold pastry sheet on lightly floured cutting board. Use tip of small sharp knife to gently score line in pastry, 1/2 inch from edges. (Be careful to not cut through to bottom of pastry sheet.)
Step 3
Use tip of fork to prick shallow holes, 1/4 inch apart, in center of pastry sheet.
Step 4
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown; cool completely.
Step 5
Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla and lemon zest; mix well. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Step 6
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over pastry just before serving; top with berries.
