Step 1

In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Add the seafood boil seasoning, salt, and lemons. Once boiling, add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.

Next, add the onion, garlic, and sausage. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 5
Finally, add the crawfish, cover the pot, and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the crawfish turn bright red.
