Let's make it

Step 1
Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove and discard any unmelted ice.
Step 2
Whisk COOL WHIP into gelatin
Step 3
Refrigerate 30 min. or until gelatine mixture is thick enough to mound.
Step 4
Spoon 1 Tbsp. cookie crumbs into each of 10 dessert dishes; top each with ¼ cup gelatin mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cookie crumbs.
Step 5
Refrigerate 2 hrs. or until firm.
Step 6
Meanwhile, use kitchen shears to cut marshmallows diagonally in half. Press cut sides of 10 marshmallow halves into colored sugar. Place, cut sides up, in single layer on plate. Let stand at room temperature until ready to use.
Step 7
Insert ends of 2 marshmallow halves into top of each dessert just before serving.
