Sautéed Shrimp with Lemon Garlic Butter

Let's make it

Step 1
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add garlic powder, paprika and cayenne pepper to butter. Stir until garlic is golden brown, then immediately remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice.
Step 3
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat, being careful not to let the oil burn too hot or smoke.
Step 4
Quickly sauté shrimp in pan with a wooden spoon until shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
Step 5
Remove shrimp from heat and toss shrimp in the lemon garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley and salt or pepper to taste. Serve over rice or pasta with lemon wedge.
