Step 1
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and onion powder; cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°, stirring frequently.
Step 2
In blender, purée sour cream, walnuts and cilantro. Makes about 2/3 cup.
Step 3
Heat tortillas as label directs. Serve chicken mixture in tortillas topped with avocado, salsa and sour cream mixture; garnish with walnuts and cilantro sprigs, if desired. (Chef's Tip: Use lettuce wraps in place of tortillas and replace sour cream with plain nonfat Greek yogurt for a healthier, low-carb option).
