BBQ grilled salmon with creamy mango slaw

Step 1
Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. In large bowl, whisk garlic, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt and black pepper; fold in bell pepper, onion, cabbage, mango and cilantro. Makes about 2 cups.
Step 2
Pat salmon dry with paper towel and brush with butter; sprinkle with rub. Place salmon on hot grill rack; cover and cook 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°, turning once.
Step 3
Serve salmon over slaw garnished with cilantro, if desired.
