
Raspberry Blush Spritzer
- 4 raspberries, lightly chopped
- 3 mint leaves, lightly chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, plus two wedges for garnish
- 16 oz. Martinelli’s Sparkling Blush
- 2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 1 cup of ice
- Separate ice into two glasses.
- Add the chopped raspberries, simple syrup, mint leaves and lemon juice into a bar shaker and muddle lightly.
- Pour the sparkling wine into the shaker glass and lightly stir.
- Pour over ice.
