Raspberry Blush Spritzer

  • 4 raspberries, lightly chopped
  • 3 mint leaves, lightly chopped
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, plus two wedges for garnish
  • 16 oz. Martinelli’s Sparkling Blush
  • 2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Separate ice into two glasses.
  • Add the chopped raspberries, simple syrup, mint leaves and lemon juice into a bar shaker and muddle lightly.
  • Pour the sparkling wine into the shaker glass and lightly stir.
  • Pour over ice.
