  • 12 oz. Ground Beef
  • 1 ea. Large Egg
  • 12 oz. Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cup. Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Basil
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 cup. Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup. Parmesan Cheese
  • 12 ea. Mozzarella cheese slices
  • 12 ea. Slider Buns
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, herbs, milk and Parmesan cheese together in a large bowl.
  • Roll mixture into 12 (1-oz.) meatballs (about the size of a golf ball). Then, flatten them slightly.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook until lightly seared.
  • Add marinara sauce and cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
  • Open slider buns and place on a sheet pan. Place 1 meatball on 1 side of each slider bun, leaving the bun open. Lay a mozzarella cheese slice over each meatball.
  • Bake sliders "open-faced" for 3 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  • Place tops of slider buns onto mozzarella and serve.
