
CROCK POT CHILI
Gather round the table for this simple seasonal fall favorite - Crock Pot Chili!
- 2 Lbs. Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Large onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1 28oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 16 oz. can chili beans in sauce undrained
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Chili powder
- 1 1⁄2 tsp ground Cumin 1⁄2 tsp Salt
- 1⁄2 tsp Cracked Pepper 1 Can Dark beer
- In a large skillet brown the ground beef with the onions for about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain the fat and add to a crock pot.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
