
BBQ PULLED PORK
Whether you need a game day favorite or just a simple meal to feed your family, BBQ Pulled Pork is sure to warm your heart during the chilly days!
- 1 SEG 5-6 lb. Pork Shoulder 1 Cup Apple Juice
- 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 Cups Barbeque Sauce
- 1 tsp. Chili Powder 1⁄4 Tsp. Cumin
- 1/4 cup Lime juice
- Wash and dry the pork shoulder and set aside.
- Rub the pork with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
- In the crock pot add the apple juice, barbeque sauce and lime and mix.
- Add the pork on top of the sauce. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours until meat falls apart.
