Add2 cherries to 2 (8-ounce) glasses.In cocktail shaker, vigorously shake cider, tequila,egg whites, juice and honey 15 seconds or until egg whites are foamy; add ice and shake vigorously 15 seconds or until chilled. Straincider mixture into prepared glasses; spoon foam on top and garnish with apple slices, nutmeg and remaining 2 cherries
