GRILLING PORK

PORK Cuts

Pork for Grilling:

  • Tenderloin
  • Center Cut Chops
  • Boneless Center Cut Roast
  • Butt Steaks
  • Boneless Sirloin Chops
  • Boneless In-Loin Chops
  • Boneless Country Style Ribs
  • Canadian Style Bacon
  • Spare Ribs
  • Fresh Sausage
  • Blade Steak

Utensils:

  • Platters (prep and serving)
  • Basting Brush
  • Meat Thermometer
  • Tongs

Instructions:

  • Preheat grill on high for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle both sides of pork with seasonings.
  • Grill pork over medium heat coals. Turn halfway through grilling time.

Tips: Remember to let meat rest 5-10 minutes (uncovered) before serving to keep the meat as moist as possible.
