Beef for Grilling:

  • Ground Beef (burgers)
  • Steaks
  • Kabobs


  • Platters (prep and serving)
  • Basting Brush
  • Digital Thermometer
  • Metal or Wood Skewers
  • Tongs


  • Sprinkle both sides of meat with seasonings.
  • Place meat on grill at the recommended distance from the heat.
  • Grill meat over medium heat coals for desired doneness, turning halfway through grilling time.
  • Use tongs to turn meat

Tips: Remember to let meat rest 5-10 minutes (uncovered before serving to keep the meat as moist as possible.

Grilling steak kabobs is a great way to combine the flavors of savory meat with the health of your favorite veggies.
Cut marinated boneless beef sirloin or tenderloin steak into 1 – 1.5 -inch pieces.

  • Preheat grill.
  • Drain beef, if marinated, and alternate placing meat and desired vegetables (onion, pepper, tomatoes, etc.) onto skewers
  • Use reserved marinade to baste kabobs. Season as desired.
  • Grill until done, turning halfway through.
