GRILLING VEAL

Veal for Grilling:

  • Veal Shoulder Blade Steak
  • Ground Veal
  • Veal Loin Chops
  • Veal Top Loin Chops Boneless
  • Veal Rib Chops
  • Veal Cutlets

Utensils:

  • Platters (prep and serving)
  • Basting brush
  • Meat thermometer
  • Tongs
  • Metal or wood skewer

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle both sides of meat with seasonings.
  2. Place meat on grill at the recommended distance from the heat.
  3. Grill meat over medium-heat coals for desired doneness, turning halfway through grilling time.
  4. Use tongs to turn meat.
