GRILLING Lamb

Lamb for Grilling:

  • Lamb Loin Chops
  • Lamb Rib Chops
  • Lamb Racks
  • Ground Lamb
  • Sliced Lamb Shoulder
  • Lamb Leg Sirloin Portion

Utensils:

  • Platters (prep and serving)
  • Basting brush
  • Meat thermometer
  • Tongs
  • Metal or wood skewers

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle both sides of meat with seasonings.
  2. Place meat on grill at the recommended distance from the heat.
  3. Grill meat over medium heat coals for desired doneness, turn with tongs halfway through grilling time.
